Asphalt sealcoating

An Expert Asphalt Maintenance Contractor

We are a 2nd generation family owned business, formerly known as TM Sealcoating with 15 years of experience. We strive for quality work. We pay attention to the little details that way you're happy and we're happy! Our sealer lasts on average 3 years before sealing again! We take pride in being clean and precise. Tar will NOT get on your concrete or anything other than the asphalt. Getting tar and sealer all over is just sloppy and unacceptable.

About us

Committed to Excellence

We perform Asphalt Maintenance in the midwest Wisconsin area. We mainly work in Polk and St. Croix County. The sealer we use is an unmatched, optimal option that is specifically formulated to withstand the midwest climates. It has a deep beautiful black color and has been proven to help double the life expectancy of your asphalt. We do residential and commercial work. But
No line Striping and we don't cut and replace asphalt

HOT rubber crack filling

With living in the midwest cracks are imminent, we clean the cracks, grass edges and eliminate dirt spots before filling with rubber and applying sealer. The rubber will help prevent further damage to the asphalt.

Pothole patching

The ideal thing to do is cut and replace heavily damaged asphalt, but on a tight budget we can help preserve your asphalt for a little bit longer. Not everything can be fixed. As seen in the photo (left side) a pothole was filled with aquaphalt and a large area of heavy (alligator) cracking was covered with a cold mix crack patch. We can fill in minor potholes but not replace asphalt.
